Taylor Waters
From a young age, Taylor showed her assertiveness and passion for helping others. Starting her unofficial event career, Taylor helped plan church events, mission trips, girl scout trips, and numerous family parties- all before the age of 18!
Taylor graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Economics and a certification in Hospitality Management in 2018. (WHOOP!) She then moved back home to Dallas and began her corporate event planning & marketing career. Coordinating weddings came to Taylor naturally, and before she knew it she was doing all her friends’ weddings! Taylor specializes in day-of coordination; she is highly skilled at taking the chaos out of any situation while coordinating order and peace.
Taylor currently manages an impressive portfolio of marketing clients and teaches dance at a local studio. In her free time she enjoys DIY house projects, spending time with family, traveling anywhere with a beach, and taking care of her two goats, Mary Kate and Ashley!

Meet Lauren, one of our our event coordinators and Taylor’s awesome sister! She’s everyone’s favorite Waters sister, your ultimate hype girl, and always ready to bring the good vibes. No matter what curveballs come her way, Lauren handles everything with a smile and makes sure your event goes off without a hitch—positivity all the way!
Meet Emily, one of our lead event coordinators who’s always ready for anything! She’s a pro at wrangling flower girls and ring bearers (they love her), and she’s got a sixth sense for fixing problems before anyone even knows they exist. Not only is she all about keeping things smooth behind the scenes, but Emily’s also not afraid to get the dance floor going—she’ll have everyone on their feet in no time!
Meet Katelynn, Taylor’s other sister and one of our talented event coordinators at En Pointe Events! With her incredible eye for design, she’s a pro at perfecting decor and ensuring everything looks picture-perfect. Katelynn also works closely with photographers and videographers, making sure they capture that perfect shot every time.
Meet Molly, one of our amazing assistants who always has a smile on her face and brings the best energy to every event! She’ll be your biggest supporter from start to finish, making sure you feel celebrated every step of the way.
Kendall brings a blend of detail-oriented precision and fun, upbeat energy to every wedding she supports. As a former En Pointe Events bride, she knows exactly how to advocate for her couples with confidence and care. Assertive, attentive, and always keeping the vibe joyful, Kendall ensures every moment feels effortless and unforgettable.
